Reactivate Your Cultural Connection: The Global Pulse of Caribbean Carnival

Initially conceived in 2025 to support the Bahamas Carnival weekend, Carnival Radio.live has evolved into much more than a one-year project. We realized the profound need to support and explore the sound of Bahamian culture, while connecting the world with heritage and celebrating our collective bond with the Caribbean—from the sounds of Rake ‘n’ Scrape to Junkanoo and everything in between. There is nowhere else in the world that you can explore the sound of Bahamian culture alongside the international sounds of the Caribbean.

Through Caribbean record pools and strong relationships with Caribbean artists, we have meticulously procured and curated the sounds of various islands. While Carnival Radio is Soca-heavy, our commitment extends beyond, aiming to encompass the entire Caribbean Carnival sound, from Jab Jab to Calypso, and Groovy to Power Soca.

We are currently connecting with carnivals and carnival organizers worldwide, bringing you projects like the Tropicaya Mas Summer Carnival Tour in connection with Epiphany Carnival International. The tour features stops in the Carolinas, Virginia Beach, Raleigh (North Carolina), Jacksonville, and Miami, alongside our summer-long partnership Tropicaya Mas is participating in Ubersoca. We are also heavily involved in the production and promotion of Bahamas Carnival Weekend, and we seek to affiliate with other carnivals—from large to small—to share the global voice of Caribbean Carnival.

While we appreciate the contributions of Team Soca DJs and TeamSoca.com, Carnival Radio is not here to compete, but to elevate the sound and broaden the reach through less known avenues. You can find Carnival Radio on TuneIn, MyTuner app, smart TVs, smart devices, in-car applications, and Alexa. Our social footprint is built into the @PlayMasToday footprint.
