We have so much to be thankful for. The mere fact that you are reading this and breathing air into your lungs is a blessing. I used to bitch and complain, worry about life, but after the last few years that we have experienced as a people, as humans on this earth, I can honestly say that I am happy to be here.
2021 had some bleak moments. I have had thoughts of suicide, I suffered from depression, experienced loss, endured hardship and continued to walk in faith. There were times when the music wasn’t enough, but God was everything. I am not a religious person however, I can see the diamonds forming around me from all the pressure of these last few years.
Today we rejoice in the elements that shape our faith, future and the way we live our lives. Music is my peace, happiness and love. Thank you for experiencing #beingAfricaAllah as welcome season 22 and the year 2022 ahead. I would love to hear your feedback on this episodes zone.
