Master Service Agreement

Master Service Agreement

1. INFRASTRUCTURE & BILLING: To ensure zero-lag deployment, all recurring retainers ($1,500) and standalone maintenance fees ($450) are strictly due on the 24th of each month. This window allows for technical "Pre-Heating" of systems prior to the 1st.

2. MAINTENANCE VS. STRATEGY: The Digital Infrastructure Maintenance ($450) is a passive technical product for stability and updates only. Strategy Retainers ($1,500) include maintenance plus active Brand Guardian oversight and fractional leadership.

3. STANDBY STATUS: Accounts not settled by the 24th move to "System Standby." Resuming project architecture may require a Strategic Sprint ($650) to synchronize infrastructure updates.

4. OPERATIONAL PROTOCOL: Agency by PlayMas.Today utilizes an "Agency-of-One" efficiency model. All production directives must be logged via the Client Gateway. Directives via SMS/Social Media will not be initialized.

5. COMPLIANCE: Client is responsible for ensuring all media provided for the Storyteller or Broadcast suites meets ASCAP/BMI and Performance Rights standards.

Technical Requirements for Onboarding

Upon successful initialization of your selected suite, you will be redirected to the Asset Handoff Suite (via TransferXL). This platform is engineered to handle the high-bandwidth requirements of your raw cinematic media and broadcast files.

Please prepare the following for immediate transfer:

  • Raw Cinematic Assets: 4K ProRes or high-bitrate files preferred for the Storyteller Suite.
  • Brand Identity: Vector logos, hex codes, and typography files.
  • Compliance Documentation: ASCAP/BMI confirmation for any music integrated into your suites.

This internal synchronization ensures that your production and broadcast suites are fully operational and work begins immediately on the 1st.
What is the difference between Maintenance ($450) and Retainer ($1,500)?
Digital Infrastructure Maintenance ($450) is a standalone technical utility for stability, patches, and security. Strategy Retainers ($1,500) provide active "Brand Guardian" leadership, fractional creative oversight, and full campaign management.
How do I book a Half-Day Strategic Sprint ($650)?
Sprints are 4-hour intensive windows for auditing or rapid pivots. These are separate from monthly suites and must be paid in full to secure a production date on the architectural calendar.
Is music and media compliance included?
We engineer the suites for broadcast readiness, but clients are responsible for ensuring all raw assets meet ASCAP/BMI and Performance Rights standards prior to deployment.
How do we communicate during a project?
All production directives and asset handoffs must be logged via the Client Gateway to maintain project integrity. SMS and Social DMs are strictly reserved for live-event logistics.
